Julio Toribio, Kancho, is a dynamic, international instructor, speaker and educator of the Martial Arts. He has studied and taught martial arts for over 35 years. He is the founder of the Seibukan Jujutsu. Toribio holds high ranks in various martial arts: Jujutsu, Aikido, Ninjutsu, Iaido and Karate. He has worked extensively in developing effective methods of instruction for law enforcement, adults, teenagers and disabled individuals in self-protection and personal growth. He is director of Monterey Budokan and Seibukan Jujutsu Headquarters in Monterey, California

Mike Kent has taught sports for most of his life, including swimming and gymnastics for the YMCA. He holds a black belt in Bok-Fu (Karate/Kung Fu), which he studied for 12 years, a Second Degree black belt in Aikido, which he has been practicing for 15 years, and a Fifth Degree black belt in Seibukan Jujutsu, which he has been practicing for 10 years.
